Odbory jednaj\u00ed jm\u00e9nem pracovn\u00edk\u016f, kter\u00e9 zastupuj\u00ed, pokud jednaj\u00ed se zam\u011bstnavatelem nebo st\u00e1tem, nap\u0159\u00edklad ohledn\u011b v\u00fd\u0161e mezd nebo pracovn\u00edch podm\u00ednek. Pr\u00e1vo na utv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed odbor\u016f je zakotveno v <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psp.cz\/docs\/laws\/listina.html\">Listin\u011b z\u00e1kladn\u00edch pr\u00e1v a svobod<\/a>, kter\u00e1 je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u00dastavy \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky. Odborov\u00e9 hnut\u00ed je d\u00edky tomu plnohodnotnou a d\u016fle\u017eitou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed demokratick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co je smyslem odbor\u016f?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Utv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed sdru\u017een\u00fdch kolektiv\u016f d\u00e1v\u00e1 zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm zna\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdhody p\u0159i vyjedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a ochran\u011b vlastn\u00edch z\u00e1jm\u016f.
